Welcome to DraftAsia. These Terms of Service («Terms») govern your use of our sports betting platform, including our website, applications, and related services («Services»). By registering an account or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our Services. We recommend that you also read our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any game- or market-specific rules that apply to your bets.

1. Eligibility

• You may only use our Services if you are at least the minimum legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction (and in any jurisdiction from which you access our Services). It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet the age requirement.
• You must be legally permitted to place bets and use our Services in the country or territory where you are located. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not permitted, and we may block access or close accounts where we detect such use.
• You must not be self-excluded from our platform or from any gambling scheme that we participate in, and you must not use our Services in a way that would breach any applicable law or these Terms.

2. Account

• Registration: To place bets and use certain features, you must register an account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated. We may refuse or suspend registration if we have reason to believe that information is false or that an account would breach these Terms or the law.
• One account per person: You may only hold one account with us. Multiple accounts (including accounts in the names of family or associates used for your own betting) are prohibited. We may close duplicate accounts and may withhold winnings or take other action where we detect multiple accounts.
• Security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access or misuse.
• Suspension and closure: We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms, we are required to do so by law or by a regulator, or we reasonably believe that continued access would expose us or other users to risk (e.g. fraud or abuse). We may also close inactive accounts in line with our internal policies.

3. Bets and Betting Rules

• All bets are subject to our general betting rules, the specific rules for the sport and market concerned (e.g. Sportsbook Rules, In-Play Rules), and any special terms displayed at the time of placing the bet. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it is binding except where we are required or permitted to void or cancel it (e.g. obvious error, technical failure, or event cancellation – see our Refund Policy). We reserve the right to void, cancel, or settle bets in accordance with our rules and with the official result of the relevant governing body.
• We do not accept responsibility for any loss arising from your reliance on pre-event or in-play data (e.g. live scores) where the official result or settlement rules differ. Settlements are based on the official result as defined in our rules.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Funds

• Deposits must be made using a payment method that you are authorised to use and that is in your name (or as otherwise permitted by our payment policy). We may set minimum and maximum limits and may require verification before processing withdrawals.
• Withdrawals are processed in accordance with our policies and applicable law. We may require identity and source-of-funds verification. Withdrawals will normally be made to the same payment method or account used for deposit, where possible.
• Funds in your account are held for the purpose of betting and related use on our platform. You may not assign or transfer your account or balance to any other person except with our prior written consent.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Any bonus or promotion we offer is subject to its specific terms and conditions (e.g. wagering requirements, eligibility, and validity period). By participating, you agree to those terms. We reserve the right to withhold or withdraw bonus-related winnings if we reasonably believe that the terms have been breached (e.g. abuse or fraud).

6. Prohibited Use

You must not use our Services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation, or encourage others to do so.
• Cheat, collude, or use automated systems (e.g. bots or scraping) except where we have given explicit permission.
• Launder money, finance terrorism, or engage in any form of financial crime.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff, or misuse our systems (e.g. spam or denial-of-service).

We may report suspicious activity to regulators and law enforcement and take any action we consider appropriate, including account closure and withholding of funds.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform (including text, graphics, logos, software, and design) is owned by DraftAsia or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our content for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent. You may use our Services only for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Our Services are provided «as is» and «as available». We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive loss (e.g. loss of profit, data, or goodwill) arising from your use of our Services.
• Our total liability to you in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or the balance in your account at the time of the relevant event, whichever is the higher, except where we cannot limit liability by law (e.g. death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud).

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DraftAsia, its affiliates, and their officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Services, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your access as set out in these Terms. On closure or termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding obligations. We will pay out any legitimate balance in accordance with our withdrawal and verification procedures.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and, where required by law or where the change is material, we will notify you (e.g. by email or a prominent notice on the platform). Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the change constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services and may close your account.

12. General

• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any applicable game or market rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
• Severability: If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right or provision.
• Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DraftAsia (or the operating entity) is established, as stated on our website. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law in your country requires otherwise.
